December 1, 2014: All India Gems and Jewellery Federation (GJF), the national nodal and the largest single trade body in India for the promotion and growth of trade in gems and jewellery across India, has welcomed the Government’s move to abolish the 80:20 Rule for gold imports and expressed its gratitude to Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, Union Finance Minister Shri Arun Jaitley, Smt. Nirmala Sitharaman (Union Minister of State for Commerce & Industry) and all bureaucrats from the relevant ministries and Reserve Bank of India. Dance performances and a skit on 'Saving the environment' by tiny tots win hearts at Tree House High School Annual Day themed ‘'Musical Odyssey'
Tree House High School,organised the Annual Day event with the theme of “'Musical Odyssey'” in the city at Shyam Nagar, Jaipur. The two day musical odyssey enthralled the audience with the magic of dulcet musical sounds, vibrant colours and foot tapping dances.
The parents of Tree House  students feasted their eyes and ears on beautiful dance performances by the tiny tots. The pri-primary tiny toddlers, attired in all the rainbow hues, wriggled & twisted, tapped & clapped and swayed as they danced to popular numbers like sha la la , you are my sunshine and the Rajasthani folk song- Resham ka Roomal.

November 19, 2014: All India Gems and Jewellery Trade Federation (GJF), the national nodal and the largest single trade body in India for the promotion and growth of trade in gems and jewellery across India, has urged the Union Finance Minister Shri Arun Jaitley, the Finance Ministry and the Reserve Bank of India to avoid imposing curbs on gold imports as it could spell doom for the gems and jewellery sector. In sync with this the students of Tree House Education & Accessories went on ‘Cleanliness Drive’ to spread awareness of how each one of us can make a difference to the whole picture.
Tree House children celebrated the Children’s Day with great and fervour. The participating students made cards with messages of how to keep our surroundings clean and distributed these to the local residents. They shouted slogans “Green Bharat Clean Bharat” and “Cleanliness is Godliness” and went to the surrounding areas and cleaned up the lanes and the roads setting up an example for all.

Socio-economic reforms will help India achieve its dream of 10% growth in GDP – this was the unanimous verdict of keynote speakers and panelists at the Indian School of Business (ISB) Capital Markets Conclave, Artha 2014. ISB’s campuses at Hyderabad and Mohali, hosted Deepak Parekh (Chairman, HDFC), Adi Godrej (Chairman, Godrej Group), Sanjay Nayar (KKR) along with other experts / leaders in the India’s BFSI sector & policy makers. Artha 2014 is driven by ISB alumni and Students of Finance Club at the ISB.  “If the new NDA Government implements the Goods and Services Taxes (GST) regime at the earliest, it can add 2% to GDP growth rate,” said Adi Godrej, Chairman, Godrej Group.
