Tree House Education’s Q4FY2015 net profit jumps 112.84% to INR 17.12 crore

ØRevenue from operations for Q4FY15 rises 41.77 % to INR 50.68 crore;
ØTree House opened 50 preschools centers in the lastquarter of FY2015, taking total to 612
Mumbai, May 28, 2015: Tree House Education and Accessories Limited (‘Tree House”), India's largest self-operated pre-school chain, today, has posted a 112.84 percent rise its net profit for Q4FY2015. The net profit for the quarter ended March 31, 2015 stood at INR 17.12 crore compared to INR 8.04 crore in Q42014. Revenue from operations for Q4FY15 rose 41.77 % to INR 50.68 crore as compared to INR 35.75 crore for the Q4FY2014.  EPS (Fully diluted) for the quarter ended March 31, 2015 stood at INR 4.40. 
Maintaining sharp focus on enhancing financial performance the Company registered 31.6% growth in topline and 38.65% increase in Profit After Tax in FY15. Tree House posted total income of INR 207.45 crore compared to INR 157.64 crore in the FY 2014. The Net Profit for FY 2015 rose to INR 60.88 crore compared to INR  43.92…

Tree House signs Rs 52.50 crore MOU for sale of land, building at Vadodara

Tree House Education & Accessories Ltd (Tree House), a leading educational service provider operating the largest number of branded self-operated pre-schools in India,  has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for sale of its land and building located at Vadodara in state of Gujarat for Rs 52.50 crore.
The particular property being considered for sale under this MOU is located at Revenue Survey 49 CTS No 792Atladara, Vadodara, Gujarat and represents the second K-12 school land and building premises fully owned by the company plans to monetize its physical assets while continuing to provide educational services to these institutions.

The company will use the proceeds to move towards a debt free status and deliver strong returns to all our shareholders from the strong cash flows generated by the business. Virar, January 17 , 2015: 700 Tree House children aged between 3 -12 years today created an unique artistic replica of birds wings measuring 36 feet long at the Tree House High School atYashwant Nagar, Virar. 
The students from playgroup, nursery, primary and middle level eagerly came together and experienced “Colours of Imagination Fly High in the Sky” in a record setting art installation event at the Tree House school premise. Using their own imagination and art work, the children successfully showcased their unique talent in a spirit of creativity, celebration and competition.  The unique art installation was unveiled by Mrs Shobhna Peradoor, Vice Principal, Tree House High School, Virar. In sync with this the students of Tree House Education & Accessories went on ‘Cleanliness Drive’ to spread awareness of how each one of us can make a difference to the whole picture.
Tree House children celebrated the Children’s Day with great and fervour. The participating students made cards with messages of how to keep our surroundings clean and distributed these to the local residents. They shouted slogans “Green Bharat Clean Bharat” and “Cleanliness is Godliness” and went to the surrounding areas and cleaned up the lanes and the roads setting up an example for all.
